GETTING TO KAOHSIUNG

Kaohsiung is easily accessible from plenty of international destinations. The recom-mended airports are Taipei Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) and Hong Kong Inter-national Airport (HKG). TPE is directly connected to 119 cities worldwide and directly linked to 41 cities in Asia-Pacific. Delegates flying to TPE can get to Kaohsiung via High Speed Rail in 1.5 hours.

The Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) is linked to 190 cities worldwide. From there, eleven flights are reaching Kaohsiung daily, within 1.5 hours.

Moreover, Tokyo and Seoul offer, respectively, five and four daily flights to Kaohsiung. Transfer at Taoyuan International Airport (TPE)

From the airport, travelers can take the High Speed Rail (HSR) to Kaohsiung. Free shuttles run every 10 to 20 minutes between the airport and the HSR Taoyuan Station. Over 40 shifts run from there to the HSR Zouying Station in around 1.5 to 2 hours.

Delegates who start from Taipei City can take the hourly, direct trains from the HSR Taipei Station to the HSR Zouying Station in 1.5 hours.
