Who can register for the ICCA Future of Healthcare Meetings? 

ICCA members, observers and healthcare association executives (including but not limited to ICCA Verified Associations). 

A limited number of fully hosted places will be sponsored by Düsseldorf and available for associations by application only. 

Please note that places for ICCA members will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. To assure a good balance between meeting suppliers and associations attending, member registration may be capped.

What format will the ICCA Future of Healthcare Meeting be held?

This event will be held in person in Düsseldorf, Germany.


Are there any discounts?  

Associations can apply to be hosted fully by Düsseldorf, the Local Host. This covers the registration fee, travel, accommodation, and social programmes.

Is it possible to cancel my registration?

All registrations are subject to the cancellation policy. Please check here for our Terms and Conditions.


Do I need a Visa to travel to Düsseldorf?

Citizens of EU and EFTA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland) member states do not require a visa to enter Switzerland. Whether you need a visa depends on your nationality. The website of the State Secretariat for Migration provides an overview of the identity card and visa regulations according to nationality. You can find more information here.
