ICCA Masterclass
Association Impact

The ICCA Association Impact Masterclass is a two-day training programme consisting of twelve (12) contact hours of instruction. This comprehensive curriculum will cover critical aspects of legacy building and impact creation.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Associations will gain a better understanding of how delivery on their mission can be enhanced through an impact strategy that includes purposeful planning, management, measuring and reporting of the positive impacts they are responsible for.
Associations will feel empowered and skilled to seek and foster meaningful partnerships that fulfill specific roles and create shared value as part of an impact strategy.
Associations will gain the capacity to identify powerful drivers of impact and to maximise the effects of their actions through strategic decision-making and tactical implementation in their activities and events.
Associations will be able to draft basic measurement strategies that enables them to claim responsibility and effectively report on the effects of their actions on beneficiaries using evidence-based storytelling.

The ICCA Association Impact Masterclass will be delivered in a collaborative and interactive format, with educational content being explored through group activities.
All sessions will be held in person, and the 100% attendance is required.
