Eligibility
The ICCA Association Impact Masterclass is open to all senior association leaders from international associations that meet the following criteria (one attendee per organisation) on a first come, first served basis:
Targeted at association leaders in senior positions, such as:
Division Directors: Strategy, Innovation, Membership Services, Government Affairs, Chapter Relations, Meetings/Education, Foundation.

Fees
Luxembourg Convention Bureau will cover the following:
1. Associations will be responsible for their own travels, transfers, visa (if applicable) and expenses.
2. A cancellation fee of 300€ will be charged by Luxembourg Convention Bureau to cover costs incurred for accommodation if cancellation of participation is made after 22 May 2026.
3. Please note that places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. A waitlist system (no fees required) will be implemented when the registration reaches 15 pax.

We’re excited to announce that applications for this class are now open! Interested participants are invited to apply by 16 March 2026. Applications will be reviewed, and eligible candidates will be contacted with next steps.

3. By submitting the application form, participants authorise ICCA to share their application details and contact information with Luxembourg Convention Bureau for planning and logistics purposes.
