Who can register for the ICCA Association Expert Seminar?

ICCA members, observers and association executives (including but not limited to ICCA Verified Associations).

Please note that places for ICCA members will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. To assure a good balance between meeting suppliers and associations attending, member registration may be capped.

What format will the ICCA Association Expert Seminar be held?

This event will be held in person in Frankfurt, Germany.

How much is the registration fee and what does it cover?

Please find an overview of the registration information and fees here. The registration fee covers your participation for the duration of the Event, including any social programmes.

Is it possible to cancel my registration?

All registrations are subject to the cancellation policy. Please check here for our Terms and Conditions.

Do I need a Visa to travel to Frankfurt?

Citizens of EU and EFTA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland) member states do not require a visa to enter Germany. Whether you need a visa depends on your nationality. For further details about Visa applications, please consult your local German embassy or consulate.
