ICCA Congress 2025 Registration Page

ICCA is proud to announce that the 64rd ICCA Congress 2025 will be held in Porto from 9 - 12 November 2025.

This event is open to ICCA Members, ICCA verified associations, and observers.

Observer - Early Bird	€1.550	From 10 March to 31 July (CEST) By application only. Subject to approval.
Observer	€1.750	From 1 July (CEST) By application only. Subject to approval.
Fully Hosted Association	Free	By application only. Subject to approval.
Non-hosted Association	€625	Open to ICCA verified Associations.
Academic community	€1200	Open to academic institutions.
Accompanying Guest	€350	Please contact the events team to receive a private registration link.
Group Deal		3 full price registrations and get the 4^th one for 15% off. The group registration link can be requested via email at registration@iccaworld.org N.B. All registrations must be done at the same time, and the delegates must be from the same organisation. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts.

The registration fees listed above are excluding taxes.

Payment of the registration fee can be made by credit card or debit card.

Important Note for ICCA Members

To register, please use your own personal My ICCA portal log-in. If you have forgotten your password, please select “forgot your password” on the next page.

If you do not have a My ICCA login yet, please request one from the main contact person within your organisation.
