PACKAGES

Early Bird Deadline: ICCA has chosen to extend the Earlybird pricing continuing the same lower rate until the Congress in November. This decision was made given the challenging times for the industry and ICCA members, and to allow a larger part of the ICCA community to be able to join this years' Congress.

Special offer: for each third registration per ICCA member organisation in the same category (3 for Virtual, 3 for the Hub or 3 for Congress in Kaohsiung), the member will receive one extra registration of the same category free of charge.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment of the registration fee can be made by credit card (AMEX, MasterCard or Visa). If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact ICCA at registration@iccaworld.org before registering.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All registrations are subject to the cancellation policy. Due to the considerable investment towards the event and planning the congress in an unprecedented time, ICCA is unable to refund in case of cancellation. However, considering the challenging times ICCA has implemented a flexible registration model, whereby you will be able to change your registration category up to 2 weeks before the event. For example, if you registered to attend in person at Kaohsiung you will be able to change your registration category to Hub or Virtual, and vice versa at no extra cost. Please note that when changing your registration category, the fee that will apply will be based on the costs at the time the change is made. Therefore, if you registered for Kaohsiung before the early bird deadline and make a change to Virtual after the deadline, the fee available at the time will apply and not the early bird fee. Name changes are allowed within the same company.

TRAVEL AND HEALTH INSURANCE

It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover loss (including registration fees) incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects. The organisers of the ICCA Congress will not be responsible for any medical costs incurred by participants. ICCA and the Local Host Committees will not accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to Congress participants, either during or as a result of the Congress or during any tours.

LIABILITY

The Local Host Committee and ICCA act as agents only in securing hotels, transport and travel services and in no event shall be liable for acts or defaults in the event of injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organised through contractors or the employees of such contractors in carrying out services. Hotel and transportation services are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are offered to the public in general. The Local Host Committee reserves the right to make changes where it’s deemed necessary, without prior notice to parties concerned. All disputes are subject to local law.
