This session curated by the AC Forum, an association of international and regional associations, will explore strategic approaches to optimising the synergies between all partners that play a part in a creating a successful meeting.

In an era marked by geopolitical uncertainty, rapid technological change, and evolving member expectations, associations and destinations must rethink how they collaborate to ensure successful meetings. In this session, participants will discuss the shifting landscape of global meetings, the impact of external pressures, and how this affects existing partnership and collaboration models. What are practical considerations to further build trust and flexibility, and actionable steps to bridge expectation gaps between associations, venues, and CVBs? The session aims to foster a deeper understanding of partnership dynamics and equip attendees with insights to navigate uncertainty and create shared value for the future.
