The Sharing Hubs have always represented the big shift from passive consumption to active participation. This year in Porto, Sharing Hubs 2.0 takes that idea to the next milepost: a fully inclusive, high-energy event that sets the scene and charts the course for Congress.

Sharing Hubs 2.0 is more than an opening ceremony. It is an invitation: to connect, reflect, and align as we set off together in the direction of change — with a shared momentum, a collective vision, and a forward-thinking mindset.

Purpose

An immersive 1-hour session, Sharing Hubs 2.0 brings us all together. ICCA members, association executives, academics, and entrepreneurs from all over the world will join forces to ask the question:

“In a rapidly changing global landscape, how can we address the challenges facing the international meetings and events community - and where do we go from here?”

This shared reflection acts as an insight-generator, informing and directing the Five Tracks that shape the 2025 Congress.
