Starting Point of the 5K ICCA Run: Alfândega Dock 

Kick off the day with energy! A professional gym instructor will lead a warm-up session before the run and guide participants through a cool-down and stretching session afterward. 

All registered participants will receive an official ICCA Run T-shirt, and to celebrate your achievement, every runner will be awarded a special ICCA Congress 2025 medal.
