Last year, this panel opened up a new and challenging discussion on the new frontier in accessible meetings and events, going beyond physical and sensory disability to discuss those with intellectual challenges. A year on and more work is being done to make events more universally welcoming, from dementia friendly destinations to embracing delegates with Down's Syndrome. It's important to keep these conversations going, challenging new thinking within the industry to make it as inclusive as possible. The story continues at ICCA World once again.
