This event is open to ICCA members, observers and healthcare association executives. Please note:

 

  • Places for ICCA members and observers will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. In order to offer equal opportunity to the community, ICCA Members are limited to one participant per company.
  • In certain cases, hosted travel and accommodation is available to a limited number of PCOs in meeting planning roles. The registration fee is always applicable. If you are a PCO meeting planner, please register under Meetings Event Management ICCA Member.

Observer registrations will be reviewed and subject to approval. ICCA reserves the right to accept or reject the registration request. A limited number of places will be available for observers by application only.

Attendance for Hosted Association Executives is subject to approval. A limited number of fully hosted places will be sponsored by the host and available for associations by application only. 

If you are a Professional Congress Organiser (PCO) meeting planner, you may be eligible for complimentary accommodation for the duration of the event. The registration fee will still apply. Please register under Meetings Event Management ICCA Member.
