ICCA Business Workshop International 2027 hosted by the Meetings & Events Management Sector

To attend the Business Workshop, each ICCA Member must invite and host an eligible Association Executive* to attend with them.

Please ensure that both the Association Executive and the ICCA Member complete the relevant profile form and submit their own respective applications.

Please note that a completed profile form is required as part of the application process.

If you have not done so, please download and complete your profile form before commencing your application.

Please save the file name in this format: ICCA BW_Your Organization Name (e.g., BW_ICCA).

*Association criteria:

Senior decision-makers of association meetings, representing associations with meetings that meet the following criteria:

- Rotation: Global
- Meeting size: More than 400 delegates
- Duration of meeting: Minimum of 3 days
- Frequency: Meeting held at least once every four years, preferably biennial or annual
- Invited Associations: Associations that do not engage a core PCO

This event is open to ICCA Members and ICCA verified associations.

Registration fee: €1500 (excl. VAT)

Registration fee includes the association executive and the inviting ICCA Member:

- Workshop
- Accommodations for 2 nights, including breakfast
- Airport transfer (shuttle bus)
- Social events
