ICCA Business Workshop International 2027 hosted by the ICCA Meetings & Events Management Sector

To attend the Business Workshop, each ICCA Member must invite and host an eligible Association Executive* to attend with them.

Please ensure that both the Association Executive and the ICCA Member complete the relevant profile form and submit their own respective applications.

Please note that a completed profile form is required as part of the application process.

If you have not done so, please download and complete your profile form before commencing your application.

Please save the file name in this format: ICCA BW_Your Organization Name (e.g., BW_ICCA).

Who should attend?

*ICCA Member

European ICCA Destination Marketing Members
Up to five (5) European ICCA Venues & Hotels Members

Please note:

ICCA Members should be in good standing
A maximum of one (1) ICCA Member per city
A maximum of two (2) ICCA Members per country
First come, first served allocation applies

*Senior decision-makers of association meetings, representing associations with meetings that meet the following criteria:

Rotation: Europe
Meeting size: More than 500 delegates
Duration of meeting: Minimum of 3 days
Frequency: Meeting held at least once every four years, preferably biennial or annual

Association representatives who have attended the ICCA Business Workshop European Destination Management Sector in 2026 will be excluded. The Exclusion List will be published in July 2026.

This event is open to ICCA Members and ICCA verified associations.

Standard registration fee before 15 April 2027: €1500 (inclusive of taxes if applicable, excluding VAT)

Late registration fee from 16 April 2027: €2,000 (inclusive of taxes if applicable, excluding VAT)

Registration fee includes the association executive and the inviting ICCA Member:

- Workshop
- Accommodation for 2 nights, including breakfast
- Airport/Train station transfer (shuttle bus)
- Social events
