Guidelines

 

Before completing this form carefully read the guidelines:

 

International and regional associations that regularly schedule meetings can join the ICCA Association Community. The association eligible to join:

 

  • must be a non-governmental entity;
  • must not be managed by third parties;
  • the meeting must rotate across three countries, attract a minimum of 50 participants, and be held on a regular basis.

 

The membership to the ICCA Association Community runs from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025. The annual membership fee is 250 EUR.

 

Associations that join the ICCA Association Community in 2025 will enjoy complimentary membership for the remainder of the year.

The invoice for the ICCA Association Community Fee 2025 is issued in April.
For both existing and new members, the invoice for the 2026 membership fee will be issued in January 2026.
