The Association Expert Seminar 2022 is open to ICCA Members and Association Executives until Wednesday, 18 May 2022.

Attendance for Association Executives is upon approval.


ICCA MEMBER / €690

Due to the popularity of the event, ICCA Members are limited to one participant per company.

The registration fee is €690 excluding 21% Dutch VAT for organisations based in the Netherlands

As an organisation, we do our best to monitor the current situation and prioritize the safety of our members. Therefore, we will update our terms and conditions regularly to reflect the most updated information. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us the ICCA Events Team.

Payment Methods

Payment of the registration fee can be made by credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, or Visa).

Cancellation Policy

All registrations are subject to the following cancellation policy:

  • More than 1 month prior to the event: €150 
  • Less than 1 month: no refund
Name changes are allowed free of charge within the same company. 

ICCA reserves the right to refuse a registration. ICCA only allows registrations of members in good standing. 

Due to the popularity of the event, ICCA Members are limited to one participant per company. Additional registrations will be wait-listed and advised when the possibility of inclusion arises.

Delegates that have the registered have the right to cancel their registration in writing. 


Travel and Health Insurance

It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover losses (including registration fees) incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects. The organisers will not be responsible for any medical costs incurred by participants. 

ICCA is not liable for acts or defaults in the event of injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organised through contractors or the employees of such contractors in carrying out services. Hotel and transportation services are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are offered to the public in general. ICCA reserves the right to make changes where it’s deemed necessary, without prior notice to parties concerned. All disputes are subject to local law. 

N.B.

ICCA reserves the right to make changes to the time schedule, dates, format (hybrid/in person/digital), and concept of the event at all times. 

If, due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ICCA the execution of the Event as planned is prevented or impeded, or when the minimum number of Participants needed to operate the Event (or part of the event) is not reached, ICCA has the following rights:

a) to change the time and /or date of the Event; 

b) to change the venue where the Event takes place; 

c) to change the Format (hybrid/in person/ digital) or part of the format, the length, the duration or scope of the Event.
